Before developing the Theories of Learning and Psychodynamic psychotherapy a short personality analysis needs exploration to ensure the student can learn in the proper area of his or her learning or psychotherapy. Understanding a person’s personality will allow the professionals to place the student into the best learning environment possible. This allows the student with or without a learning problem  to receive the proper care, and those with mental illnesses are put, in an environment he or she belongs in accordance with the program that best suits his or her learning needs. Many important views on how to teach both a mentally ill individual, and how to teach what society has deemed as normal children, when instructional design becomes important. Categorization of an assortment of different learning approaches is important (Mergel, 1998).

Comparison of Theories

Society has more than one view on any and everything that happens in this world. Therefore, theories compared to the Psychodynamic psychotherapy area of concern are to find psychological answers to help those who suffer from emotional suffering. The quality of self- examination and self- reflection will become a part of the relationship between patient and therapist. Therefore, the continuing  difficult relationship patterns will change in the  life of the patient and he or she can begin to control his or her own life (Lewis, 2005). The goal is to improve the majority of evident symptoms of the patients but also to help the patients lead healthier more fulfilling lives. These theories have a large variety of mental illnesses and a varying range of mental disorders, which have physically ailments of the same type like some of these illnesses can. The benefit of the Psychodynamic therapy is a growing treatment as  published by the American Psychological Association (Shedler, 2010) is showing progress not seen in other research efforts.

Learning Theories

Learning theories are traceable as far back as the Greeks in the 18th Century. Although no one had put the idea into a solid theory people of the time begun to realize that by observing is the way he or she would learn. In addition, people began to gain interest in physical science and took notice that they could also could through comparing behaviors.

Cognitive Theorist

Crookes, Bohr, Thompson, and Rutherford found that something was taking place in science, around the atom. The work science was doing with the atom was causing the behavior of the atom to change. This was the beginning of the cognitive model of learning. Behaviorism and Dalton’s  atom, oddly enough  one thing does have to do with the other, Dalton’s  atom is nothing more than a tiny object. From an initial place, experimental science started to realize that something was happening to the tiny object and  should be considered, learning from the object because its behavior was changing. Cognitive approaches have a place in  the Russiam artistic movement, from the 1929s. Their idea of schema was erected previous because of the knowledge and experiences that was useful for their own good.

Behaviorism and Cognitive

Based on gathering precise objectives the two are very similar,  many people are confuse the two yet has a distinctive differences complement toward one another. Possibly, the learning theory, that  is used will vary depending on the learning circumstances, just as the atomic theory, is the way a person learns best (Feist, 2009). The Bohr atom helped to introduce many and explain the idea of protons, neutrons, and electrons children at the first level of education. Therefore, behaviorism is appropriate for fundamental learning assessments, and constructivism is appropriate  for advanced learning situations or students can learn at a more advanced level.

Constructivism

One more theory that will be explore it the quantum theory, which joins on the previous atomic theories. Constructivism, cognitive, and behaviorism accepts the multiple preserves and perceptions through the learning and personal understanding of the world. Behavioral approaches are often part of a constructivist-learning situation when a teacher finds that this is the best type of learning situation and style for given student. Cognitive and constructivism are recognizable  as  schemas building on previous approaches that will have a place because constructivism recognizes the concept of schema and building on prior knowledge and experience (Lewis, 2005).

Evaluating differences between behaviorism, and cognitive, evaluation is a supporting factor that meeting specific intentions. Although constructivism, is more off-center  in a learning circumstances, and emerges as a learner developing  occasions to begin his or her way through the education he or she receive. Perhaps the learning theory used happens to help the learners circumstances, immediately as the atomic theory used, depends upon the learning situation. The Bohr atom often introduces the concept of atoms, neutrons, and electrons to grade school students. Perhaps behaviorism is appropriate for positive necessary learning skills. However, constructivism is best when learners of in an advanced learning situations. Construction of what they can and cannot do, based on their observations.

The Psychodynamic psychotherapy theory

Those who suffer psychological and emotional problems like depression the therapies are often set aside until the person with depressions drastically improves. This theory is more reactive than all the other theories to explain. Psychodynamic councilors emphasize experiences to help develop current behavior, which will influence medications that will affect the unconscious development, to boost his or her self-esteem. A normal relationship with not only his or her peers but also eventually a partner and lasting relationship. The theory show self-interest and will often check themselves for fear of disease and have feelings they are not sure what is right from wrong. The objective is not only to advance the noticeable symptoms but also to help people lead healthier lives.

Psychodynamic therapy main emphasis of the mental heredity of emotional pain its quality are self-reflection and self-examination, to apply a relationship between therapist and person with mental problems. By opening a door to difficult relationship patterns in the patient’s life. Another objective is to improve the most obvious symptoms to help people lead healthier lives. The purpose is to develop the noticeable symptoms but also, people will lead healthier lives. Many benefit of the Psychodynamic therapy is a growing treatment that according to new research published by the American Psychological Association (Shedler, 2010).

Theories of Learning and Psychodynamic psychotherapy takes a short personality analysis to understand, which type of program is best to ensure him or her, as learners are in the proper area of learning. This will help him or her grows though life and has as good a life possible. From the 18th Century  when the Greeks believed they found a way of learning, though all the scientists such as Freud, Skinner, Jung, and too many others to mention who all had a hand in developing various methods of proper education. The best thing that has come from the history of these studies understands how to educate the children and young adults.

Even better social sciences continue to work on to this day, a quote from the APA states, “The scientific evidence shows that psychodynamic therapy is highly effective. The benefits are at least as large as those of other psychotherapies, and they last” (Shedler, 2010, p., 145). This is not to state this is the perfect answer to all learning problems. However, the study gives hope for more room for improvement in the area.

Conclusion

All people are different, which means when it come to learning everyone learns differently. Therefore, it makes sense that many forms of education will be available to all individuals. The Greeks began to understand that in the 18th Century. Educators, and learners continue to understand this and have continued the work of Freud, Jung, Skinner, and so many others scientists, the men and women who work in the social sciences and have contributed to help find the best way to help the mentally challenged live better lives, and those who deemed ‘normal’ by society wll become better learners.
