Global warming is really not that hard to solve.We can reduce global warming in stride using
these Four steps.
STEP ONE

The current strategy is to Move everyone into high rises downtown.This is done by using carrot and stick policies, to create a mode shift by causing frustration on the freeway's in order to create a support system to help fill urban villages.This strategy creates more greenhouse gases than would be created if we developed a transit ridership based on service rather than by carrot and stick.High speed rail would reduce commuter emissions substantially
faster, by serving people where they live now rather than waiting for them to be frustrated into urban villages.Urban Planners are focusing on sustainable communities that require everyone to move into high rises,and take transit everywhere they need to go.This is sheer Draconian sophistry,that will break down under the numbers,and be nothing more than a milk run for the millions.More people will always be living with one foot in the big city and one foot out of the big city,than people living with both feet in the city.It is time to design a transit system around the higher percentage.
STEP TWO
FOSSIL FUEL TO CANNABIS FUEL CONVERSION

Cannabis fuel is cleaner,and is the fastest growing resource on the planet.We can reduce greenhouse gases by switching to a cleaner burning fuel that will eliminate our dependence on foreign oil.Cannabis can also be used to make 25,000 products that are more planet friendly than most other products.The reintroduction of Industrial cannabis will be a major reduction in greenhouse gases.
STEP THREE
INVEST IN MAGNA FORCE ELECTRIC TURBINES
Gigantic Magna force electric turbines should be installed in underground pen-stocks under alpine water systems in order to take advantage of vertical water drop to turn giant magna force turbines.The current strategy to use Fossil fuel power for electricity,and fossil fuel for salt water conversion are major causes of greenhouse gases.This strategy is a result of over sensitive environmentalist ,that have forced a draconian solution to generate power,by preventing the underground use of alpine water systems that originate in higher altitudes,in favor of fossil fuel solutions.Clean power sources,and Fresh water sources are being wasted so that we can remain "pristine",while we pollute the world with the alternative fossil fuel solutions.
STEP FOUR
REDUCE CRIMINAL JUSTICE FUNDING TO INVEST IN STEP ONE,TWO,AND THREE.
Criminal justice spending is out of control.We could reduce criminal justice funding by billions,and invest in Steps One, Two,and Three,and stop the main causes of Global Warming in stride,without hurting the Economy.Criminal justice funding levels have nearly doubled in the last 20 years,yet we are not any safer as a result of that funding increase.
We need to stop the Criminal Justice snowball in its tracks and get the modern infrastructure snowball rolling.Global warming created by humans can be stopped,By developing modern infrastructure,paid for by diverting criminal justice funding.The next Ice age is coming despite Gullible warming.still we are better off investing in modern infrastructure,in order to deal with whatever future climate we may encounter.I will debate anyone, anywhere,anytime on the subject of global warming.
