What amazes me is man's audacity to believe that we are alone in the universe. Or, that we are the only universe! We are a mere drop in the bucket of existence so small, that we would fit on the head of a cosmic push pin.
However, I concede that it is an extremely frightening claim to make, stating that aliens exist. Frightening or not, I believe they certainly do exist, and they certainly have visited planet Earth and they will visit again and again. In fact, I believe that they live amongst us, but .. they have been here for so long that they are now natives.
We see these aliens everyday. Dogs, cats, horses, cows, geese, parrots, whales, alligators. It is entirely possible that there is a planet somewhere that is ruled completely by dogs. And one rules completely by cats, one by cows, etc. "I'm Captain Horace T. Cowwattles, at your service ma'am."
And, why not?
Modern day religion teaches that we are all made in the image and likeness of God. So .. who does God look like then? Man, woman, chimpanzee, meerkat?
The major point I am trying to make here is that we are not alone, and it is absolutely ridiculous for us to think that we are alone. There is an infinite world outside our world - world without end - universe within an universe.
Am I afraid of aliens? Heck, no! I'd say .. "Come on in, have a cup of coffee, put your feet up .. but don't you dare touch that remote!"
