Can human beings change the way they are ?
Human Beings can change the way that they are. This is not uncommon, but it does take a lot of work and perseverance. There are many times when people say that they are trying to change, but it is very difficult. This is very true. The mind has different ways of looking at situations, and if people want to change they have to give it lots of time. The first step to change is all about changing the thinking process, and attitudes. This is of course very significant in the whole process, of formulating the change in thinking process.
It is true that one cannot teach an old dog new tricked, and it goes without saying that this is correct. A mind that has a certain habit will fight till the deaths to keep that habit. The mind is very de vies and often deludes people into thinking that they can never let go of a particular habit. One should start the changing process by being very positive. Change is a ls ow and painful process, but if it is for the best then it is worthwhile.
Well changing thinking patterns is the first step in the change process, so what exactly would the nest step be. This of course is very true as many people with have to carry out an action in order to anticipate the positive results of change. A lazy, fat person who wants to loose weight for example needs to change that lazy thinking patterns into something more positive and carry out the action, like getting up at four am every morning in the freezing cold in order to jog. The fat person in the long run will shed some weight, and of course get some positive results out of the routine.
Change is something that comes from within, and many people want to change. Attitude isv ery important and this can keep a person motivated in order to change the way that he/she is. Many people change over a period of time and confront many obstacles on their paths. This helps them achieve more in their lives, and of course makes things easier for them in the long run.
In short many people can change. It takes a lot of time, effort and energy in order to change but the process is always the same, no matter what the game. Change starts from within and it is the thinking pattern's and the attitudes that require to be changed first. This is then followed by action and finally we get the results.
